Shipping + Returns
We strive to provide you with products that you are happy with and we stand behind our product. We understand that you may not have had a chance to sniff the scent before purchasing and we appreciate you giving it a try, and understand if it's not what you thought it would be. If you're unhappy with a scent or it is nothing like you thought it'd be, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
If you choose to return or exchange a product, please let us know within 3 days of delivery and ship the items back within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping & Processing
Please allow 5-7 business days for items to ship.
Once your order is processed and your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times typically range from 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and delivery destination.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS text as soon as the label is created for your order, however, the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 72 hours to update once a label has been created.
Once the package leaves our shop, delivery times are out of our hands. We cannot offer a refund or replace items for missing or stolen packages. If your package is missing through USPS, please reach out to them at (800) 275-8777. For UPS please call (800) 742-5877. They will need your tracking number which can be found in your shipping confirmation email or text message.
We will replace items that have been damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 7 days of your purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sales of sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. A refund will be issued minus 2.9% + $0.30 to cover Shopify and/or PayPal processing fees and a 10% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
